Outbox & Message Tracking
Track and manage sent SMS messages.
The Outbox allows you to track the delivery status of SMS messages sent through WP SMS.
TIP
Navigate to SMS → Outbox to view your sent messages.
View Sent Messages
The Outbox displays all sent messages with:
- Recipient phone number
- Message content
- Delivery status
- Date and time sent
Resend a Message
To resend a message:
- Find the message in the Outbox
- Click Resend under the message row
- The message will be sent again with the same settings
Delete Messages
Single Message
Click Delete under the message row to remove it.
Multiple Messages
- Select messages using checkboxes
- Choose Delete from the Bulk Actions dropdown
- Click Apply
