Configuring the Admin Mobile Number
Learn how to set up the admin mobile number to receive important site notifications via SMS.
The Admin Mobile Number is the primary phone number that receives important site notifications. This guide explains how to configure it properly for reliable SMS delivery.
Accessing the Setting
- Go to SMS → Settings in your WordPress admin
- Navigate to the General tab
- Find the Administrator Notifications section
Configuration
Enter your mobile number in the Admin Mobile Number field. You can use either format:
International Format
Include the country code with + prefix:
+18055170000
Local Format
Enter the number as you would dial it locally:
08055170000

Important Notes
- Only one admin mobile number can be configured
- Both international and local formats are supported
- Do not include spaces, dashes, or parentheses in the number
What Notifications Will You Receive?
Once configured, the admin mobile number receives notifications for:
