Manage Groups

Organize subscribers into groups for targeted SMS campaigns.

Groups allow you to organize subscribers into categories for targeted SMS communication.

TIP

Navigate to SMS → Groups to manage your groups.

Add Group

  1. Click Add Group
  2. Enter the group name
  3. Click Add

Edit and Delete

  • Edit: Click the edit link under a group’s row to rename it
  • Delete: Click the delete link to remove a single group
  • Bulk Delete: Select multiple groups using checkboxes, then choose “Delete” from the bulk actions dropdown

Using Groups

Groups help you:

  • Organize subscribers by category (e.g., VIP, Newsletter, Promotions)
  • Target specific audiences for SMS campaigns
  • Send different messages to different groups
  • Manage large subscriber lists efficiently
