Support does not cover third-party plugins or server-related troubleshooting. Users should contact the respective support channels for those issues.

Support operates seven days weekly, including weekends, via email. The team aims to respond within two business days, though vacation periods may occasionally cause delays.

6. Customization and Additional Services

Plugin customization, form additions, and third-party compatibility fall outside standard support. Custom development services are available for specific needs.

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is the priority. VeronaLabs OÜ offers full reimbursement within 14 days of purchase.
