Terms of Service for WSMS and its services provided by VeronaLabs

01. Acceptance of Terms

By using WSMS and its services provided by VeronaLabs OÜ, users consent to these Terms of Service (TOS).

02. Product License

The plugin is available in two forms: a free version on WordPress.org and premium add-ons via the WSMS website, both governed by GNU General Public License.

03. Product Compatibility

VeronaLabs OÜ ensures compatibility of the WSMS plugin and its add-ons with WordPress 4.2 or higher. Third-party plugin compatibility is not guaranteed.

04. Refund Policy

The company provides a 14-day refund policy for the premium add-ons purchased through our website. Detailed refund conditions are available on our Support and Refund Policy page.

05. Product Support

VeronaLabs OÜ delivers support with varying scope between free and premium versions.

06. Product Updates

Updates are delivered as long as products remain actively supported and available on the WSMS website.

07. Software Modifications

Modifications to the WSMS plugin and premium add-ons are permitted for personal use. The company bears no responsibility for issues from such changes.

08. Customer Accounts

Account creation on the WSMS website is required for purchasing premium products.

09. Account Termination and Suspension

VeronaLabs OÜ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these TOS.

10. Software Ownership

The WSMS plugin, including all modifications, remains the property of VeronaLabs OÜ.

11. Product Delivery

Premium add-ons are delivered electronically after purchase.

12. Price/Product Changes

VeronaLabs OÜ may modify or discontinue products and change prices without prior notice.
