Customize Plugin Texts

This guide explains how to customize or modify any text string in the WSMS plugin without affecting core files using the Loco Translate plugin.

Step 1: Install Loco Translate

1. Navigate to Plugins → Add New
2. Search for Loco Translate
3. Install and activate the plugin

Step 2: Select WSMS

Once installed, access Loco Translate in your WordPress dashboard and locate WSMS under the Plugins section.

Step 3: Create a New Translation

1. Click New language
2. Select your site’s language (or English if modifying English text)

Step 4: Locate and Edit the String

1. Use the search bar to find the text you want to change
2. Edit the translation field with your preferred text

Example: Search for “I would like to get notification about any change in my order via SMS” and replace it with your custom text.

Step 5: Save Your Changes

1. Click Save then Sync to apply modifications
2. Your updated string will now appear throughout the plugin
